The Nations FC defender has revealed what transpired during his failed switch to the Baba Yara Stadium outfit.

Emmanuel Boahen has suggested nobody is to blame for his summer transfer to Asante Kotoko falling through and claims he might one day join the Porcupine Warriors.

The Former Eleven Wonders player seemed almost certain to switch from Nations FC to Kotoko last summer, with the two clubs agreeing a fee.

However, negotiations broke down at the 11th hour with the playermaker returning to Abrakese to continue his career at Nations.

“Few things didn’t work out for me to join Kotoko. I had to return to Nations FC because I was having a contract with them," Boahen told Kessben FM.

Boahen, went ahead to speak of his side's initial target, reiterating that their main goal of winning the league title still stands.

“Our objective is to win the Ghana Premier League at the end of the season. We are determined to grind results in our games to better our chances."
