Vision FC head coach Nana Kwaku Agyemang offered his reflections on a challenging afternoon that saw his team face a heavy defeat against Asante Kotoko.
The Ewoo Boys were mercilessly beaten 4-1 by Asante Kotoko at the Baba Yara Stadium on Sunday, January 19th.
Agyemang expressed, "Let me congratulate Asante Kotoko. One of the boys told me that Coach Ogum made them watch my pre-match five times and capitalised on what I said to play a good game."
He could not fathom why his boys gave their hosts too much respect on the pitch, stating, "My side gave Asante Kotoko too much respect in the game,” he noted, underlining the importance of maintaining confidence and composure in high-stakes matches
Despite the disappointment, Agyemang looked to the positive side, highlighting the fast-paced schedule ahead as he believes they will bounce back strongly.
Vision FC will travel to Berekum to face Chelsea in a match-day 18 fixture on Sunday, January 26.
