Asante Kotoko head coach Prosper Narteh Ogum has reassured fans that the team is putting in every effort to recover from their recent dip in form in the Ghana Premier League.

The Porcupine Warriors are currently experiencing a tough spell, having gone winless in their last three matches, including back-to-back losses in the 2024/25 season.

Ahead of their Week 10 encounter, Coach Ogum shared his concerns with Kotoko’s media team, acknowledging that the recent performances have troubled not only himself but also the entire squad and technical staff.

"I’m very concerned about our form," Coach Ogum admitted. "The whole technical team and the players—everyone is worried. Nobody is happy because we started the league strong, and we didn’t anticipate this situation."

He also recognized the frustration of fans who had high expectations after the team’s promising start.

"We all feel the pain and emotions of the fans, especially me. They expected more, and we were meeting those expectations before this downturn," he added.

Despite the challenges, Coach Ogum expressed confidence in the team’s ability to bounce back.

"We want to assure our supporters that we’re putting things in order. We are regrouping, and we’ll come back stronger, delivering the beautiful football they want to see," he promised.

Kotoko faces a crucial test against Bechem United this weekend, hoping to end their recent losing streak. The match is set for Sunday, November 10, with fans eager for a positive turnaround in the team’s fortunes.
