West African Football Academy (WAFA) maintained their unbeaten home run games as they thump Accra Hearts of Oak at home this afternoon.
The Phobians lads were mauled 3-0 at the Sogakope Red Bull Arena by the Academy boys.
Three first half goals helped the homesters to end Hearts of Oak unbeatable away streak.
Togolese import Komla Agbengniadan broke the deadlock in the 5th minute before Charles Boateng doubled the lead in the 9th minute.
Komla Agbengniadan hit the third goal to complete the demolition after scoring in the 25th minute.
Sergio Traguil's charges kept piling pressure on the Academy lads with dangerous attacks but they could not fetch a goal to restore their hope of turning the three goals deficit in the second half till the game ended by that dreadful scoreline.
