Larbi Amoah, lawyer of ex-Kotoko coach, David Duncan, has warned that anybody from Kotoko management who indicts he and his client that, they want to orchestrate a move to get general manager, Opoku Nti expelled from office should be ready to bear the consequencies with regard to their dafamatory statements.
Reports are rife that, the former Kotoko coach and his lawyer are amongst the people who want to see the downfall of the current Kumasi Asante Kotoko administrative management by facing expulsion from office.
However, the Legal Practitioner has swat aside those claims as he warned people making such false allegation could face the music should they make any such attempt to defame them.
"There could be spokesperson, general manager and anybody from the top hierachy; should I get anyone of such personalities who have said anything of that kind, that is in the form defamation, we could easily take the person on depending on how he made his statement," he told Ahoto Sports in Kumasi.
He added: "Thus to bring the final judgement into play, it will take an angle from his style of expression or words he deployed to explain his point of view."
Coach David Ducan is currently unattached with any other club since he was booted out of Kotoko's outfit.
