Swedru All Blacks attacker Solomon Ayikabia is confident his side can rise to the occasion when they face Asante Kotoko in a decisive Ghana Premier League fixture on Sunday.
The relegation-threatened side must secure a positive result to guarantee their top-flight status, with the season-ending clash carrying huge stakes for both teams.
Speaking ahead of the match, Ayikabia admitted the challenge is significant but insisted Swedru have enough quality to compete.
“With the players available, we believe we can beat Asante Kotoko on Sunday,” he said.
“Yes, it’s a big game, but big games are where big players step up, and we need to make the people of Swedru happy.”
The forward stressed that motivation within the camp is high as the team prepares for what could be their most important match of the season.
For Swedru All Blacks, the task is simple—deliver a strong performance, secure survival, and give their supporters something to celebrate at the end of a demanding campaign.
