Asante Kotoko's new head coach, Abdul Karim Zito is calling on all club supporters to come to the Baba Yara Stadium today to rally behind the team as he prepares for his first task against Aduana Stars this afternoon since taking over in Kumasi.

The experienced gaffer stepped in as head coach of the Porcupine Warriors officially on Wednesday - just a day after the sacking of his predecessor Prosper Narteh Ogum for mainly poor results

Supervising three training sessions at the Adako-Jachie training grounds is definitely not enough to have a fair idea of the current squad but Zito will have to still find means to set off to an explosive start.

The 'Kum Apem' lads will have to win at all cost in this game to halt their recent string of poor results and also return on winning path and into the title race

Speaking ahead of the game, the ex- Black Satellites gaffer has called on the teeming fans to come out in numbers today to cheer them to victory as their presence will be really malleable to their quest to getting back on track.

"The supporters should come in numbers to support us. Things ain't going on well though but we need them around to rediscover our form. They are very important and are part of getting the results."

"I want them around to start the vision."

The game is slated for 15:00GMT this afternoon
