Medeama SC currently play their CAF Champions League home matches in Kumasi and that's why Spokesperson, Patrick Akoto has called for a massive support from the people of 'Asanteman' ahead of their game against Young Africans.
The Mauves and Yellows will cross swords with Tanzanian champions Yanga in match-day 3 at the Baba Yara Stadium on Friday, December 8, 2023.
The Ghanaian champions have a win and a defeat each in their first two matches in the competition.
They lost 3-0 to Al Ahly in their opening game in Cairo, before redeeming themselves with a 2-1 comeback win and will hope for consecutive wins to brighten their qualification chances.

"The people we see here, they should come in their numbers; the ticket is 10, 20, 100, very low. We urge them to come—Asanteman, Kotoko supporters, everybody, come and support us to achieve victory."
