The head coach of Accra Lions, Rainer Kraft, stated that his team should have scored more goals had it not been their wastefulness in front of goal in their recent match against Asante Kotoko.
The 'Yenn Nyinaa Dea' reigned supreme over the Porcupine Warriors - beating them 3-0 in an outstanding Ghana Premier League Matchweek 22 fixture on Wednesday at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Regardless of the victory, the German trainer was dissatisfied with their potency in front of goal.
"We scored three goals out of transition. We should have scored four or five goals if we were a bit clinical. We are already happy and congrats to the team. We were very disciplined, we changed our style a bit in the match. We are known to be a high pressing team but also know how to play against Asante Kotoko," Kraft said after the game.
