Wilfred Dormon, assistant coach of Dreams FC has said, his team could have scored more goals, if they had not been wasteful in front of goal in their 8-1 win over Real Tamale United.

Dreams FC destroyed the already relegated Pride of the North in the Matchday 28 outstanding fixture of the Ghana Premier League at the Theatre of Dreams in Dawu.

According to Dormon, the Still Believe squandered a lot of chances, which should have been converted to get more goals, but they were wasted.

“On the balance of play, we should have scored more because I could count the number of chances we missed in the game. Antwi came close on two-three occasions. Our wing back Derrick also missed chances," he said after the game.

“Honestly, we really showed desire and character in the game. Coming to this game, we knew very well that our destiny is in our hands. So I am impressed with the performance of the team and impressed with the result at large."

Wednesday's victory moved Dreams FC to 11th in the league log, giving them a mind-blowing boost in their dogfight for survival with a superb goal difference.
