Frimpong Manso has assured supporters that Nations FC will give their all when they take on Asante Kotoko in the Ghana Premier League on Sunday at the Baba Yara Stadium.
The former Kotoko player, who guided Bibiani Gold Stars to their maiden Ghana Premier League title last season, is now focused on preparing his current side for a difficult test against the Porcupine Warriors.
Kotoko have struggled for consistency in recent weeks, recording just one win in their last five matches, while Nations FC currently sit eighth on the league table, with both sides aiming to improve their standings.
Speaking to the club’s media, Manso emphasized his team’s determination to secure a positive result.
“We will go all out for a win. Regardless of the situation, that is our objective. We know it will be a tough game, and we must push ourselves beyond our limits if we want to beat Kotoko—and we are ready to do that,” he said.
Manso’s past association with Kotoko adds extra intrigue to the encounter, although his focus remains firmly on delivering a strong performance with Nations FC.
The match is scheduled to kick off at 3 pm at the Baba Yara Stadium.
