Nations FC skipper Razak Simpson has assured supporters that the team is determined to deliver victory in their upcoming Ghana Premier League clash against Samartex 1996.

The Abrankese-based side will host the Timber Giants on Sunday in a Matchday 3 fixture at the Dr. Kwame Kyei Sports Complex.

Nations FC head into the encounter seeking redemption after a narrow defeat to Aduana FC, while Samartex are still chasing their first win of the campaign following back-to-back draws.

Speaking ahead of the clash, Simpson, who also features for the Black Stars, pledged that the team is fully focused on bouncing back.

“We are looking forward to the game against Samartex after the loss to Aduana FC. Surely, we will secure the three maximum points,” Simpson told the club’s media.

“We will build on what we did well against Aduana. Our coaches have reviewed the game and pointed out areas we need to correct. We are confident and determined to win on Sunday.”

Nations FC currently sit sixth on the table with three points, while Samartex occupy 11th position with two points.
