Aduana Stars FC's coach, Yaw Acheampong, highlighted the pressing issue of goal-scoring following their 1-0 loss to Asante Kotoko on Friday.

This defeat in Kumasi meant that they had yet to earn any points in away games this season, while Kotoko secured their second consecutive victory thanks to Kalo Ouattara's header.

The match shed light on a significant concern, one that Acheampong openly acknowledged. Despite being considered title contenders, Aduana FC is struggling to find the back of the net, having scored just four goals in five matches. This goal tally fell short of expectations, as emphasized by the former Ghana international.

"It's disappointing. We will go back and address the goal-scoring problem," Acheampong stated, highlighting the urgent need to resolve their scoring issues.

Aduana FC has been formidable when playing at home, securing two wins. They now aim for a third consecutive home victory when they face Great Olympics on Sunday.
