Bofoakwa Tano's head coach, Frimpong Manso, has identified Bibiani Gold Stars as the toughest opposition his team has faced in the current season.

In the fifth matchday, Bofoakwa hosted Gold Stars at the Coronation Park in Sunyani on Saturday, resulting in a goalless draw as the Premier League returnees maintained their perfect start in the 2023/24 Ghana Premier League season.

Following the match, the former Asante Kotoko trainer praised Gold Stars and openly acknowledged them as the most challenging opponent his team has encountered this season.

“So far, I will say this is the most difficult home game we have played," Manso stated in an interview with StarTimes. "Bibiani is a good side with an experienced midfield, and they consistently posed a threat."

Manso was pleased with his team's performance, noting, "But I think we played well, we played well."

Bofoakwa Tano, since their return to the top flight, remains undefeated.

Frimpong Manso and his team will be visiting Karela United for their matchday six fixture at the Aliu Mahama Stadium on Sunday, October 22.
