The former TCFC chief Yussif Abubakar is set to replace coach Sergio Traguil as the next substantive manager of Hearts of Oak,Kickgh.com have been hinted.
The Portuguese import trainer has been given one match ultimatum to safeguard his job as the head coach of the Accra-based club or face demotion to the youth side.
Management of Hearts of Oak have settled on their former manager to be the main man to take charge of their club as they look forward to end their domestic trophy-less jinx following their strong start in the ongoing league campaign.
Yussif Abubakar's appointment could be imminent depending on the outcome of results in Hearts of Oak game against Secondi Hasaacas next week - where Sergio will be asked to go back and handle the club youth teams, that's the Auroras(U20) and the Royals Oaks(U17) respectively.
A grapevine source to the club hinted Kickgh.com: "Coach Yussif Abubakar is likely to be appointed as Hearts of Oak next substantive coach. This is a decision taken by management to curb any bad misfortunes which is bound to happen in the club in order to thwart our title wining ambition,"
"His appointment could be imminent depending on the outcome of results in our game against Secondi Hasaacas next week,"
"Sergio will be asked to go back and coach the youth sides, that's the Royals Oaks (U-17) and the Auroras(U-20) teams respectively,"

Accra Hearts of Oak have recorded only one win and two draws since the start of the second half of the season.
