Switzerland face a crucial game at the World Cup on tonight (Monday) when they slug-it-out with Brazil in Group G at the Stadium 974 in Ras Abu Aboud.

The Red Crosses must win or draw the match if they want to reach the second round of the tournament. However, Murat Yakin's side are on cloud nine in terms of morale following their 1-0 win over Cameroon on Thursday.

The Seleção won 2-0 against Serbia in their opening match, have a great chance of going through as they sit top of the group, though it will take something close to a miracle for them not to progress.

TEAM NEWS

Neymar will miss the rest of the group stage after suffering an ankle ligament injury in the latter stages of their match against Serbia.

Brazil boss, Tite will be forced to make some tactical adjustments by weaving Fred in his starting lineup, with the PSG star missing in the setup.

Juventus right-back Danilo will also miss the rest of the group stage with a similar injury, potentially making way for Dani Alves to appear in a World Cup game for the first time since 2014.

Real Madrid's centre-back Éder Militão is more likely to feature on the right-hand side of central defence for the Seleção.

Manuel Akanji and Nico Elvedi will as usual start at centre-back, as third choice centre-back Fabian Schar will still warm the bench, unless there is an injury before he will climb off the bench to feature in the match.

Denis Zakaria might make a cameo in the death of the game, although it is likely that Yakin will maintain his selection.
