AC Milan are interested in signing Morocco international Hakim Ziyech from Chelsea in January, Kickgh.com can reveal as reported by Italian tabloid - La Gazzetta Della Sport.
The winger has been one of the Atlas Lions' standout performers at this year's World Cup, helping lead their run to the quarter-finals.
The Serie A side wants the 29-year-old to put pen-to-paper under a loan deal before being signed permanently at the end of the 2022-2023 season.
Ziyech, who is nicknamed 'The Wizard', a title given to him by Ajax supporters during his days with the Eredivisie club, has been linked with a move to Italy in recent years.
Meanwhile, Liverpool and Tottenham are also considering a move for Ziyech's fellow Moroccan international Sofyan Amrabat in January as well, as both side's seek to bolster their midfield options.
But reports in Italy indicate that Amrabat's club Fiorentina have stumped back all recent enquiries about their star man, as they are unwilling to let Amrabat leave in the January transfer window.
