Ghanaian outfit AshantiGold SC marksman, Yaw Annor has been ranked number 7 on FIFA's 'Mais Golos Em', thus the list of footballers who scored the most goals in the year 2022.
The 24 year old has had a fantastic season and arguably the best in his career having ended the season as the top scorer in the Ghana Premier League with 22 goals.
The mercurial winger's brace on the final day saw him fends off competition from Kotoko's Franck Etouga Mbella beating him with just a goal to the golden boot.
Having netted 22 goal in the entire season, astonishingly two of them were scored last year and notched the other 20 in the period under review and is tied with Brazil's Hulk on the 7th position on the list.
PSG's Kylian Mbappe is leading with massive 27 goals, followed by Ballon D'or favourite Karim Benzema who also netted 25 goals. Polish international Robert Lewandowski could only make the list with 22 goals despite netting over 30 in the just ended campaign.
