The Black Galaxies of Ghana have departed the Kotoka International Airport this morning en route to Nigeria ahead of their second leg clash against the Super Eagles B in the 2024 African Nations Championship qualifiers.
All 26 players that took part in the final training session last evening made the trip alongside head coach Mas-Ud Didi Dramani and other officials.
The team will first touch down at the Port Harcourt city before they continue with the journey to the Akwa Ibom state, Uyo precisely by road.
The Galaxies will hold a mandatory training session at the match venue later today for pitch and weather acclimatization before they wrap up their preparations ahead of the big game coming up.
The two-time finalists got held by the Super Eagles B to a goalless draw in the first leg last Sunday at the Ohene Gyan Stadium in Accra - leaving an open return leg fixture this weekend.
The game is slated for 16:00GMT (4:00pm) on Saturday, December 28, at the fortress, Godswill Akpabio International Stadium.
