Head coach of Angola, Pedro Goncalves, has described Agostinho Cristovao Paciencia, popularly known as Mabululu, as an important player for his side.
Speaking at the pre-game presser ahead of Angola’s 2025 AFCON qualifier against Ghana at the Baba Yara Stadium on Thursday, September 5 at 16:00 GMT, Goncalves showed praises on his key marksman.
“He’s built a very good career. He began right from the bottom and right now everybody is talking about him so I think he’s an example for young boys not only in Angola but also Africa. He is in a good moment (form), he’s an important player for us but fortunately we have others in a good moment (good form) and could be a good option for tomorrow.”
Both nations have set their sights to qualify from Group F which also houses Sudan and Niger to the 2025 AFCON that is set to take place in Morocco.
