The Super Eagles are charged to continue with their fine start in keeping their qualification bid on track and only a win against the Libyans in the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier can guarantee it.
Nigeria faced the Mediterranean Knights in the first leg on Friday, before travelling to Tripoli for the second leg on Tuesday.
However, Super Eagles star Wilfred Ndidi - having missed the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations, the Leicester City midfielder has featured and started in every single game including the qualification games against Benin and Rwanda last month.
Ndidi, who is part of the first set of players to arrive in camp has revealed his side's mission against the Mediterranean Knights in Uyo.
"They expect nothing but victory because we are actually ready for this game," he told AdemolaVictorTv.
"Even back when we were with our teams, we were talking about trying to win these games, get some points which is very important and this gives us more confidence for the task ahead."
Ndidi, 27, has featured in two AFCON tournaments and will be aiming to make up for his absence in the last one by helping the Super Eagles qualify for the 2025 continental showpiece, which will be staged in Morocco.
