Ghana champions, FC Samartex 1996 have departed Accra for Rabat on Thursday morning for the second leg of their CAF Champions League second round of the preliminary stage campaign against Raja Casablanca.
Samartex are scheduled to touch down in Rabat later today (Thursday) before having their training session at the Larbi Zaouli Stadium on Friday.
During the first leg, Samartex recorded a 2-2 draw stalemate with the North African giants.
The Timber Giants would have to win this crucial encounter to advance to the group stage of the inter-club competition.
The highly anticipated clash will be played on Saturday, 21st September, at the Larbi Zaouli Stadium, with kick off at 19:00 GMT
Raja Casablanca midfielder Mohamed Zrida won't feature in the match as he will be serving a one-game suspension after being shown a red card in the first leg in Accra.
