Ghana's AFCON opponent Egypt will begin camping on January 3, as they prepare towards the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.
The Pharaohs in the last edition got to the final but unfortunately lost the trophy to Senegal via penalty shootouts, marking the second time they missed out on the title after losing to Cameroon in 2017.
They will hope to have themselves adequately prepared for the tournament as they look to win it for the eighth time.
The Egyptian Football Association (EFA) haven't announced any training tour outside the continent and will face Tanzania on January 7, in Cairo before they proceed to Cote D'Ivoire two days time.
The giants secured qualification to the competition after finishing as winners of Group D with 15 points, ahead of Guinea, Malawi and Ethiopia.
Egypt have been placed in Group B of the main tournament alongside Ghana, Cape Verde and Mozambique.
The 2023 Africa Cup of Nations will commence on January 13, 2024 in Cote D'Ivoire.
