Celebrated South African tactician, Pitso Mosimane on Sunday night made a strong case after helping Abha Club to secure vital points in the Saudi Pro League against Al-Fateh.

Polish forward Grzegorz Krychowiak scored twice (6th and 57th minutes) for the Leaders of the South to snatch a 2-1 win at the Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Sports Stadium as they moved one point clear out of the drop zone.

The much-needed win for Abha erased their relegation fears since it moved them to the 15th spot of the table with 25 points.

The victory on sunday night was also important for them after a humiliating 8-0 loss against Cristiano Ronaldo's Al Nassr a couple of days ago.

Pitso Mosimane’s Abha now has seven games left before the end of the season in May.

In that same month, Mosimane's fourth-month contract will come to an end with the Saudi Pro League side.
