Nigeria's interim coach, Finidi George ahead of their game against Ghana, sees nothing friendly in the game coming up and stated they are going in for nothing but a win.
He was appointed just recently to replace Jose Peseiro who led the Super Eagles to an impressive campaign at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations which was held in Cote D'Ivoire- the same country they lost the title to after they hard fought very hard to reach the final.
The Portuguese tactician after the disappointment stepped down from his role and Finidi George, who was part of his technical team has been charged to take over on interim basis and his chances of getting the job permanently definitely will be measured in these games.
Speaking ahead of the game, the 52-year-old gaffer says there's nothing playing against their sworn rivals Ghana and are looking forward to go in for nothing but a victory.
"They call it friendly matches but there is really nothing friendly when you play, especially."
The game is slated for 16:00GMT on Friday, March 22, at the Stade de Marrakech
