Ghana defender Abdul Baba Rahman scored his fifth goal of the season for PAOK FC against AEK Athens in the Greek Super League on Sunday evening.
PAOK FC exhibited a five-star performance to keep their title-winning hopes alive with a 2-2 away draw with AEK Athens at the OPAP Arena.
On the half-hour mark, Mijat Gacinovic opened the scoring for the home side with a super finish before doubling their lead through Nordin Amrabat in the 49th minute.
Baba Rahman reduced the deficit for PAOK FC with a cool strike in the 62nd minute before a late goal scored by Magomed Ozdoev ended the fixture in a 2-2 stalemate.
The 29-year-old enjoyed the entire duration of the match in the shirt of the Black and White lads.
Baba Rahman has scored five goals and provided two assists in 22 league appearances for PAOK FC since joining them on a free transfer during the last summer transfer window.
The stalwart full-back ended his eight-year stay at English Premier League side Chelsea after the end of the 2022–23 season and moved to Greek club PAOK FC on a free transfer.
Baba Rahman, who has a contract with PAOK FC until the summer of the 2026–27 season, has capped 50 times for the senior national team of Ghana with a goal to his credit.
