The Catalan giant talents scouting body would be in attendance to keep a close tab on the teenage sensation of Ghanaian heritage during the last four UEFA Champions League youth tournament playoff ties over the weekend
Spanish superpower Barcelona are set to intensify their chase over the signing of Belgian-born Ghanaian teenager Jesse Bisiwu by monitoring him in the UEFA Youth League final four in Lausanne, Switzerland.

The 18-year-old, currently with Belgian Pro League side Club Brugge U19, has emerged as a hot commodity among Europe's top guns, with La Liga rivals Atlético Madrid and German Bundesliga suitors - all believed to be gunning for his signature ahead of the summer transfer window.

With his representative confirming the everlasting interest of the Spotify Camp Nou outfit in his client's services in February this year, the Blaugrana are now set to intensify their pursuit over the Ghana-prospect winger in an attempt to land him in the summer.
According to a statement by Spanish tabloid SPORT, Bisiwu could soon be added to the already recruited youth stars of Patricio Pacífico (20 years old), Juwensley Onstein (18), Hamza Abdelkarim (18), and Ajay Tavares (16) by Barcelona.
''This weekend he ( Jesse Bisiwu) will play in the UEFA Youth League Final Four in Lausanne, Switzerland, with the Belgian side [Club Brugge U19]. Barça representatives will be there to scout him live and continue to work towards a possible summer transfer ," the newspaper claims.

With his running contract set to expire on June 30, 2027, those vying for his services must fork out a fee of €800,000 if they are to land him in the summer as per his transfermarkt valuation.
Bisiwu has so far taken in 22 appearances by scoring 3 goals and assisting 1 for the Club NXT side across all competitions in this current 2025-26 campaign.
Given his Ghanaian heritage, the talented budding starlet remains fit to play for Ghana on the international stage despite featuring for the Belgium national youth teams.
