Ghanaian striker Richmond Boakye Yiadom has terminated his contract with Libyan giants Al-Akhdar by mutual consent.
The journeyman, who only joined the Libyan Premier League club this year, announced his departure on Al-Akhdar' official Facebook handle.
"The contract was terminated by mutual consent with Ghanaian international striker Richmond Boakye Yiadom," the club wrote.
The former Juventus striker made 11 appearances, scoring three goals across all competitions for the club.
Yiadom, who made his Ghana debut in August 2012, has scored 7 times in 19 International appearances.
He began his career in Ghana with Bechem United before joining DC United. He then left Ghanaian football and proceeded to Italy in 2008 where he joined Genoa C.F.C's youth side in the Campionato Nazionale Primavera.
Yiadom then joined Sassuolo on a one-year loan deal making 66 appearances, netting 21 goals and later headed to Juventus before relocating to Bergamo where he joined Atalanta, previously playing on a one-year loan deal for Elche.
He went on to play in the Netherlands, Serbia, China, Poland, Israel and Greece, before joining Al-Akhdar in Libya.
