The skipper of the Black Stars, Asamoah Gyan, has failed his medical ahead of his move to Reading FC, Kickgh.com can report.
The 30-year-old was joining the English Championship side on a year loan deal.
The Ghana international was demoted to the reserve side of Chinese club Shanghai SIPG last month.
His move to the Royals lads has been called off.
