Premier League side, Brighton and Hove Albion ain't giving up on Kudus Mohammed anytime soon despite an outrageous price tag set by his club AFC Ajax- who are still keen on keeping him for next season.
The 22 year old was sensational in the just ended season for the Jews despite battling injuries.
He scored sixteen goals and provided three assists in solid 41 appearances in all competitions to command series of interests.
While Kudus Mohammed has also been linked with a move to English Premier League giants Manchester United, the Red Devils are yet to submit an official bid for the player.
Although he is on their shortlist, they are not currently in the leading position to prise him away as no offer has been made to Ajax, who will be competing in the UEFA Europa League next season.
Meanwhile, Brighton and Hove Albion have emerged as the most serious and eager club to secure the signature of Kudus Mohammed.
They have already held talks with Ajax and see his price tag of €45M as expensive but are still actively pursuing the transfer of the former FC Nordjaelland playmaker and willing to lure him to the America Express Community Stadium.
