Italian Serie A side Cagliari Calcio are on the verge of securing the services of Ghanaian youngster Ibrahim Sulemana Kakari from Hellas Verona FC.
The defensive midfielder has emerged as the number one transfer target for the Cagliari-based club and are now all set to land him in the coming days having tabled a bid for his services this summer.
According to a report filed by Tuttomercatoweb, the Ghanaian enforcer could soon team-up with the Unipol Domus Stadium outfit in a deal worth 5 million euros.
Aside Cagliari Calcio, other suitors from abroad are also believed to be tracking the 20-year-old as they are putting in frantic efforts to secure his signature ahead of the 2023/24 football season.
He made 16 League appearances for Hellas Verona FC in the Serie A 22/23 ltalian top-flight campaign.
Sulemana is yet to earn his international cap for Ghana at the senior national team level, the Black Stars.
