Canadian-born Ghanaian left-footed midfielder Kwasi Poku is undergoing trials at Allsvenskan side BK Häcken ahead of the start of the 2023 season in the summit of Swedish football competition.
The Wasps are currently assessing the 19-year-old versatile midfielder from Canadian Premier League side Forge FC and could reward him with a deal if he impress those in charge of affairs in the dugout of the Bravida Arena.
According to the Gothenburg-based club, their former midfielder Albin Skoglund and Kwasi Poku just began their trials with their men's outfit and both will remain under the microscope until the end of this month.
The Canadian-born left-footed winger is still eligible to switch allegiance to represent Ghana at the international level having played for the Canada U-20 national youth team.
