The 22-year-old was handed starting berth by newly appointed coach Otto Addo in the team's final game of the March's international friendlies against the Cranes of Uganda at the Stade Grade Marrakech in Morocco.

The former Right to Dream Academy graduate delivered a masterclass in the game which the Black Stars were held to a 2-2 stalemate by Uganda.

He lasted for 65 minutes of the game before RB Salzburg midfielder Forson Amankwah replaced him.
