The Spotify Camp Nou outfit have reportedly seen their initial offer for the highly-rated teenage sensation rejected by the Belgian outfit, with the financial package deemed insufficient by the Blue-Black for the potential signing of their prized asset this summer
Belgian Pro League side Club Brugge have turned down Barcelona first official bid for Belgian-born Ghanaian teenager Jesse Bisiwu, a report from the Spanish media has claimed.
The budding left-footed winger, who is currently with the Club Brugge U19, has been penciled down as a viable target by the Catalan giants recruitment department and are now pushing hard to land his services for their youth team setup for the 2026/27 football season.
According to Spanish tabloid newspaper SPORT, Barça have had their opening bid for the Ghana-prospect winger knocked back by Club Brugge after considering the transfer fee insufficient over the pursuit of their 18-year-old academy graduate.
The Blaugrana sporting director Deco and his entourage are expected to return with an improved bid for their transfer target youth star in the coming days.

lt's understood that the Blue-Black are playing hardball over the chase of Bisiwu as they are determined to retain him as a future prospect at the Jan Breydel Stadium.
Bisiwu featured in 23 appearances by scoring 3 goals and assisting 1 for the Club NXT side across all competitions in this just ended 2025-26 campaign.
Given his Ghanaian heritage, the talented budding starlet remains fit to play for Ghana on the international stage despite featuring for the Belgium national youth teams.
