Ghana forward Daniel Afriyie Barnieh stayed in good form by scoring once more as FC Aarau claimed a clear 3–0 win over Stade Lausanne-Ouchy on Thursday.
The 24-year-old attacker again made an important impact as he showed his rising value in Aarau’s attack. His goal helped secure an easy win and added to what has already been a strong season for the Ghanaian forward.
Barnieh now has 11 goals and six assists this season, showing both his good finishing and his ability to set up chances for his teammates. His steady performances in front of goal have played a big role in Aarau’s positive run in the Swiss league.
The former Accra Hearts of Oak forward is enjoying one of the best periods of his career, with confidence clearly high as the season moves closer to its final stages.
