Ghana international Daniel Amartey has completed his switch to Turkish Super Lig giants Besiktas JK on a free transfer in the ongoing summer transfer window.
Amartey was into the free agency pool after ending his six-and-a-half-year deal with English Championship side Leicester City last season.
Having been linked with several suitors including Scottish giants Rangers, the Black Stars rearguard is set to join the lstanbul-based club on a two-year deal with a year option of renewal.
Before ending his long-term marriage with the King Power Stadium outfit, he made over 106 appearances in the English Premier League since arriving from Denmark in 2016.
Amartey so far has 48 international caps for Ghana at the senior national team level, the Black Stars.
