The evergreen teenage sensation of Ghanaian heritage has committed his future with his Danish parent club on a long-term deal, with his fresh terms set to take him through to 2029 at the Right to Dream Park

Danish-born Ghanaian wonderkid Noah Okyere has signed a three-year contract extension with Danish Superliga club FC Nordsjælland, the Ghana-prospect prodigy has confirmed.

The 16-year-old nimble left-footed budding star, who emerged as a hot commodity for leading European clubs ahead of the summer window, has now seen his future being secured on a long-term deal by the Tigers given his exceptional talent as their academy product.

Danish football publication outlet TIPSBLADET reported in March that an unnamed Bundesliga giants made an official approach for the Ghanaian starlet, but saw their opening bid for his potential signing quickly rejected by FC Nordsjælland.

The enterprising whizkid, who is currently starring for the FCN U19 setup, took to his micro-blogging platform lnstagram to announce his contract extension with his mother club ahead of the 2026/27 season.

Okyere was integrated from the FCN Youth team into the Nordsjaelland U19 setup in the summer of 2025. However, he  featured in 4 games in the Danish U19 Boys League in the just ended campaign.

Given his great potential as a prodigy, the Ghana FA technical bench ought to keep a close watch on his progress from afar in an effort to secure his nationality switch in the near future having featured for the Denmark U16 & U17 national youth teams.
