Italian-born Ghanaian striker Emmanuel Gyasi adjudged man of the match for the consecutive time in Empoli's crucial 1-1 away draw against Bologna in match-day three of the Italian Serie A.

Both teams made an explosive start to the game as the hosts opened the scoring account in just two minutes from kickoff through Giovanni Fabian. 

Just a minute on, Emmanuel Gyasi grabbed the equalizer for Empoli who ensured they held on to salvage a point at the Estadio Renato Dall'Ara.

The 30-year-old has started the season on a blistering note and has now scored in his last two games in the league and is looking forward to getting more in their subsequent matches. 

Gyasi, made the starting line up and lasted the entire duration which saw him won the best player accolade and has now clinched it back to back after winning against AS Roma last week 

Empoli will host giants Juventus in the next round of matches at the Estadio Carlo Castellani after the international break.
