Ghanaian striker Eric Ocansey dazzled for FC Ararat-Armenia in Thursday evening Europa Conference League Third Qualifying round.
The Armenian giants were stunned 1-0 by Puskás Akadémia at the Vazgen Sargsyan Republican Stadium in Yerevan.
Hosts' Ararat-Armenia were punished by the rampant away side, who scored in the 89th minute through Finnish winger Mikael Soisalo.
Ocansey who joined Ararat-Armenia on a free transfer this summer was handed a starting berth by coach Vardan Minasyan but was substituted in the 86th minute for 19-year-old Nigerian forward Matthew Gbomadu.
The second leg of the Europa Conference League Third Qualifying round is slated for August 15, at the Pancho Arena in Felcsút, central Hungary with Puskás Akadémia FC leading 1-0 on aggregate.
