English Premier League side Everton FC have announced the signing of Ghanaian young forward Kingsford Boakye until the summer of 2026.

Boakye was offered a two-and-half year contract by the Goodison Park outfit after impressing the club's technical handlers during a two-month trial period.

The 19-year-old has been acquired on a free transfer by the English club after terminating his contract with Italian Serie A powerhouse AC Milan last summer.

He has been drafted into the Everton U21 team as part of his developmental process.

The club's official statement reads “Everton Under-21s have signed Kingsford Boakye, the winger agreeing a two-and-a-half-year deal until the end of June 2026, subject to a work permit.”

He is a product of Ghanaian based MSK Zilina Africa in his home country, where he excelled and developed through the ranks before joining AC Milan last year.

Boakye is a prolific attacker and was rated among the highly-rated U20 forwards in Ghana during his days at former club Zilina and can operate on both the left and right wing.
