European giants FC Barcelona have identified Ghana and Arsenal FC midfielder Thomas Partey and have started monitoring him for a possible transfer but not in the upcoming winter transfer window.
The 30-year-old has been enjoying himself this season having had no injuries come his way this time and has made over 20 appearances so far this season and his outstanding performance so far earned Arsenal's Player of the month for October nomination.
Partey, has been very influential for Mikel Arteta so far in the ongoing campaign with his versatile ability as he is able to operate at his natural midfield position and has also been excellent anytime he is being deployed to the right side of defense.
According to top Spanish tabloid Mundo Deportivo, FC Barcelona have targeted Black Stars midfielder Thomas Partey but any possible move will come in the summer as they view him as the perfect replacement for Frenkie De Jong - who most likely to depart the club very soon.
Thomas Partey has made 25 appearances in all competitions so far this season having tallied two goals and two assists in the Premier League.
