The 20-year-old youngster of Ghanaian descent is currently being courted by the Dutch elite division outfit in an effort to land his signature in the next transfer window

Eredivisie club FC Twente are eyeing Dutch-born Ghanaian budding star Emmanuel Poku from Eerste Divisie side Almere City FC ahead of the summer transfer window, an emerging report from the Dutch media has indicated.

The versatile winger, who has been on fire for the Black Sheep this season, is destined to sever ties with his childhood club  given the magnitude of interest from potential suitors in the Dutch top-flight for his services next term.

Per Newspaper De Telegraaf, those at the upper echelon of the De Grolsch Veste campaigners have set sights on the Ghana-prospect wideman and are confident of luring him from the lowly division side should they fail to secure promotion into the Eredivisie at the end of the season.

With his current running deal set to expire on June 30, 2027, those that have queued for his signature must be prepared to fork out a reasonable fee if they are to land him in the summer.

Given his breakthrough season so far this term, the youngster has taken in 41 appearances by scoring 10 goals and assisting 9 for Almere City FC across all competitions in this ongoing football season.

Poku, together with his sibling at Bayer 04 Leverkusen Ernest Poku, are still eligible to switch nationality allegiance and play for Ghana on the international stage given their Ghanaian heritage.
