French-born Ghanaian international Alexander Djiku is being tracked by two French topflight clubs OGC Nice and Toulouse and ready to battle each other for his signature
The 30-year-old joined Turkish heavyweights Fenerbahce two seasons ago from Strasbourg and still has a contract until 2026
However, reports coming through are that OGC Nice, who have secured UEFA Champions League spot for next season, are looking to beef up their team and are really desperate to include the Black Stars defender to their set-up
Toulouse however, are also reported to be interested and are willing to make a counter bid for his service
Fenerbahce per reports will allow the Ghanaian defender to leave due to the availability of Milan Skriniar and Caglar Soyuncu but won’t accept anything less than €5 million
Alexander Djiku has over 50 appearances since joining the Yellow Canaries and was once again outstanding last season having made 38 appearances in all competitions with a goal to his belt
The bulky center-back was not in Ghana’s squad at the 2025 Unity Cup tournament that was held in London
