Ghana and Norwich City midfielder, Forson Amankwah has been included in the English Championship team of the week on the back of his brace against Coventry City over the weekend.

The Canaries came from a goal down to record a crucial 2-1 win over the Sky-Blues in match-day 26 of the English second-tier in what was a very exciting game.

Forson was introduced in the game with just six minutes to full time and scored two goals in the dying embers to propel a comeback victory after Milan van Ewijk had already given the visitors the lead.

His impressive performance and instant impact has secured him in a place in the league's top eleven players in the last round of matches.

The 22-year-old's memorable double to open his account for the club five months after his arrival had him hoisted off the ground by jubilant team-mates at full-time.

The win keeps the Canaries 11th in the table, four points behind the play-off spots, while Coventry slip to 15th.

Amankwah Forson has netted two goals and provided three assists in 19 appearances across all competitions in the ongoing season.
