Ghanaian international Francis Amuzu scored the winning goal for RSC Anderlecht in their 1-0 victory over Dinamo Minsk on Thursday night, securing their place in the Europa League group stages.
Amuzu, who was named in the matchday squad but did not start, was brought on as a substitute in the 69th minute, replacing Nilson Angulo.
He made a decisive impact by scoring the game's only goal in the 83rd minute.
The win gave RSC Anderlecht a 2-0 aggregate victory over Dinamo Minsk in the final playoff round of this season’s Europa League.
As a result, Amuzu and his team will be included in the draw for the group stages, set to take place on Friday, August 30.
