The Turkish giants are hotly pursuing the signature of the 20-year-old promising midfield enforcer in an effort to prise him away from the Danish outfit this January 

Turkish Süper Lig heavyweights Galatasaray have intensified their chase for Ghanaian youngster Caleb Yirenkyi from Danish Superliga side FC Nordsjaelland, a report from the Turkish media has indicated.

The Right to Dream academy graduate, who has also been credited with a move to Premier League giants Arsenal, has now emerged as a chief target for the Aslan and are currently working assiduously to land him in this winter transfer window.

Per media outlet FANATIK, the Rams Park campaigners are keen on bolstering their midfield options with the signing of the Ghana international, with manager Okan Buruk believed to be a great admirer of the 20-year-old given his ''pressing ability, effectiveness in transition play, and physical capacity'' as a midfield enforcer.

lt is understood that the lstanbul-based club would intensify their approach over Yirenkyi's pursuit this week as they hope to come to reasonable terms with his mother club for his release this January.

FC Nordsjaelland are believed to be holding out a transfer fee of €20 million over the sale of their jewel asset and admirers must be able to cough up these figures if they are to land him going forward.

He has so far established himself as a central figure at the Farum Park since being drafted into the mainstream squad in 2025, with 21 game appearances already taken in after netting 1 goal and setting up another 4 for FCN across all competitions this season.

Yirenkyi, who is in contention to make his bow in the 2026 World Cup, has won 8 caps for Ghana senior national team, the Black Stars on the international stage.
