The talented teenage sensation of Ghanaian descent is on cloud nine after scoring his first goal of the season in this ongoing Danish top-flight campaign
Danish-born Ghana-prospect midfielder Noah Nartey has described his first goal of the season as a ''pure redemption'', with his strike proving to be the match-winner for his side on home soil.
The 19-year-old rose through the occasion by scoring on the 34th minute to hand Brondby IF a 1-0 victory over AaB in yesterday's SuperLiga clash.
That notwithstanding, the Ghana-prospect teenager has revealed his gleefulness over his maiden top-flight goal after waiting for quite long in search of it in this current campaign.
''lt was pure redemption. I have waited a long time for my first goal, but I am happy and proud of that moment,'' the midfielder said as quoted by Bold.dk. ''I have trained even harder and have come in earlier. When you do that, the reward also comes at some point..''
Nartey has so far netted once and assisted once in 14 league games for Brondby IF in this ongoing Danish SuperLiga 2024/25 football season.
Given his Ghanaian heritage, he remains eligible to represent Ghana at the international level despite playing for the Denmark U17, U18 & U19 national youth teams
