Ghanaian midfielder Thomas Partey played the entire minutes and helped Arsenal to a 3-2 victory over Manchester United at the Emirates stadium on Sunday.

Partey was exceptional in central midfield for the Gunners as they deem the light of in-form Red Devils with a last gasp strike by compatroit Eddie Nketiah.


The league leaders have been tormentous since the resumption of the Premier League after the World Cup break.


Marcus Rashford kept up with his recent string of superb performances as he silenced the home fans with the opening goal, while Eddie Nketiah's double in the 24th and 90th minutes secured the Gunners all three points in the matchday 21 fixture in North London.

Christian Eriksen stood off Bukayo Saka who nipped the ball onto his left foot outside the box and fired past David de Gea in the 53rd minute to make it 2-1 for Arsenal.



Six minutes later the Red Devils, dangerously pressing throughout the match, striked a leveller when Argentine defender Lisandro Martinez headed home after the Gunners defence failed to clear out a corner.


The result maintains Mikel Arteta's side top of the league table, with United lurking on 4th spot with 39 points.
