Ghanaian midfielder Mohammed Kudus has declared himself ready for the upcoming English Premier League season, following a standout debut campaign with West Ham United.

Kudus, who shone brightly for the Hammers last season, ended the year as Europe's best dribbler. He scored 14 goals, including memorable strikes against Freiburg and Manchester City, and provided six assists, showcasing his attacking prowess.

His impressive performances have drawn interest from major clubs, with Saudi Arabia's Al Ittihad and Liverpool among those linked to him. Despite this, Kudus remains focused on his current club as they prepare for the new season in the United States.

Reflecting on his preparations, the 23-year-old stated, "Definitely, the preparations have been smooth so far. We have a couple of games to get to the level we want to get to. Looking forward to tomorrow's game but same thing like last season. Last season was good, first season to announce myself."

Aware of the rising expectations, Kudus is ready to meet the challenge head-on. "I think now the expectation is even higher. The opponents are going to come stronger but so am I," he said. "So, just double my effort and do my best to help the team finish in the best position possible."

Kudus' determination and talent will be crucial for West Ham as they aim for a successful 2024/25 season.
