Forson Amankwah is grateful to his Norwich City teammates for helping him to acclimatize to life at the club.
The Canaries new acquisition who joined from RB Salzburg was pivotal on his EFL Championship debut in the Kassam Stadium defeat by Oxford United last Saturday.
The frontman who's yet to open his account for Johannes Hoff Thorup’s side scooped victory on his second game in the Carabao against Stevenage on Tuesday, as Norwich recorded a 4-3 win at Carrow Road.
And now the Ghanaian youngster, thanked his teammates for the part they’re playing as he makes a quick transition to English football.
“It was really good. For a club like Norwich, the standards are very high and today we had a good game. After the loss over the weekend, we showed up to win,” Amankwah said after their 4-3 win against Stevenage.
“I am now settled and I always talk with my team mates. They’re helping me a lot, especially in the game. I was really excited because it was my first game at Carrow Road. The most important thing is that we won.”
